A popular Long Island summer treat will now be available year-round in one Nassau County location.

Ralph’s Italian Ices in Great Neck will stay open all winter, they recently announced on social media.

“Everyone has been asking us when our last day is… we’re excited to announce that we won’t have one!” the Instagram post read.

Most Ralph’s locations close for the season in the fall, with other spots, such as Merrick and West Babylon, already noting their final dates in late October.

Longtime friends Corey Rosen and Dan Schwartz, both of Massapequa, took over the Middle Neck Road business in April, ahead of the 2026 season.

The Kosher shop previously announced updated fall hours and a menu of fall flavors, as well.
